Customer Service Representative – Arlington Branch (Full-time)
As a Customer Service Representative with RVR Bank you will be responsible for providing customers with prompt, professional and courteous customer service in handling customers, depositing and withdrawing money and recording details of the transactions. Relieve tellers who are absent in whatever capacity and location needed. Requires extensive knowledge of all teller operations and flexibility in the performance of teller duties. Exercise independent judgement in some instances under limited supervision. The expectation, if full-time, is to work 40 hours per week and every other Saturday.
Essential Functions:
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Opens and maintains a cash drawer.
- Provides a complete range of customer services, including receiving deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, and issuing receipts, installment loan payments, making withdrawals, cashing checks, scanning work, and providing customer account printouts and open new accounts.
- Monitor incoming faxes and distribute.
- Primary Safe Deposit Box customer access.
- Manage mail and mailing system for branch.
- Handle trash and recycling removal for the branch.
- Process returned mail.
- File signature cards.
- File new and mature Certificates of Deposit.
- Prepares cashier’s checks, money orders, gift cards as requested.
- Balances transactions at the end of the day and verifies cash totals.
- Promotes Bank products and services, including opening new accounts (exclude in Drive-Thru), explaining available products and services, and gathering customer information to process new and existing accounts.
- Stays abreast of all campaigns and promotions.
- Assists customers with their day-to-day financial needs.
- Opens and closes office by following established security procedures.
- Completes duties as assigned to the Branch.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge/Experience:
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written).
- Word processing and computer database skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to job rotate with branch duties.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to be flexible as needed.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Customer Service Representative – Floater (Full-time)
As a Floater Customer Service Representative with RVR Bank you will be responsible for floating to RVR branches, handling client relations, operating a teller window, and providing prompt, efficient, and accurate customer service while representing the bank in a courteous, professional manner. This position will also serve as a back-up to New Accounts and Receptionist as needed, performing a variety of customer services. Work varies in nature with changing priorities. This position is full-time with an expectation of working 40 hours per week and every other Saturday. The operation hours will vary Monday-Friday depending on location.
Reliable transportation is required as you will travel to any of the RVR Bank locations. You will predominately travel between our Parkview Office, Downtown Office, Main Office, and our Walmart Office. You will occasionally travel between our Arlington Office and Blair Office. You will relieve Customer Service Representatives who are absent in whatever capacity at the location needed and work the hours of that location. This position requires extensive knowledge of all teller operations and flexibility in the performance of teller duties. Exercise independent judgement in some instances under limited supervision.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service and money handling experience preferred, but willing to train successful candidates.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Strong math skills.
